REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE may be returned if NEW/UNUSED and in its origional condition and packaging for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of purchase price or for an exchange of style,size,or color. All returns must be authorized by FOOTBEDS ONLINE. Shipping costs are not refundable.  EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR STORE CREDITS may be allowed after 30 days of purchase if still in NEW/UNUSED condition at the sole discretion of FOOTBEDS ONLINE.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE may be returned within 90 days of purchase for repair or replacement, at our option. In the event we are unable to repair or replace, a store credit will be issued. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accepted for return.

SALE PRICED MERCHANDISE is FINAL SALE and NOT RETURNABLE . DEFECTIVE SALE MERCHANDISE may be returned at our discretion within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.

FIT. . .We can only recommend a fit. You are responsible for the final decision concerning fit.
